Jessica was very nice, greeted me with a smile and was pleasant to deal with. I asked her how much time it would be to do the Auto Butler and she quoted me about 2 hrs so I decided to wait.. It took 2.5 hrs and that was well within what I thought it might take so was happy to get in and out relatively quickly. When it was finished she handed me my keys and I was good to go! I didn’t get any paperwork but I was only in for auto butler so not sure if I really needed any. I hope the next time I’m in for the AB service or an oil change I get to work with her.

What a Gem Jillian is, and an asset to be an employee at Sutton Ford, Jillian had all the paper work ready for my car the numbered sign, I always have trouble tuning my radio to my station, when I get in my car and can’t find my station and call Jillian she knows what I want , and her answer is always “ I’ll be right there Jillian even asked for my car keys to bring my car around for me, I was using my cane and she didn’t want me to walk very far, she knew I had 2knee replacement, what a Gem of any employee
