The only problem I had was that my appointment was at 930 and my car wasn’t brought in until 1130. I understand that things happen but overbooking and making patrons wait over 2 hours to get a recall repaired is unacceptable. This is why I don’t service my car at the Dealership.

I really appreciate Melissa’s concern about keeping me informed of the status on my vehicle. My only concern is after reading the service report, why wasn’t the coolant fluid being low wasn’t addressed during the last oil change when all the other fluids were topped off? This makes me feel someone lied on the the last report and stated they did do the maintenance when they really didn’t!!!

Jason was phenomenal to work with to get my vehicle serviced. No hassles. No worries, just great service. Jason was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a good explanation of the service being preformed on my vehicle, the approx time it would take and as soon as it was done, he gave me a phone call to let me know it was ready to be picked up.

I went for an oil change and fuel filters for my diesel truck, they quoted one price than when i got the truck back they charged me additional money and didn’t even do what i asked and what they explained they were going to do. They never changed the oil fuel filters yet i still paid over what i was quoted and did bot receive what was included in my quote. Ill be going somewhere else from now on.

Maggie was incredibly nice and very likable.
However,
I came in on time for my 10:00 appointment; I was told that it’d take about 40 minutes for the oil change. I walked around for more than an hour, and when I came back in she told me that I was second up and my car would be ready in about an hour. I didn’t get angry with her because it was likely not her fault. But it’s definitely an indication that I shouldn’t return here for any other service.
