This is the second time that my car tires were not checked. When I received my car and checked reset my gages s notice my tire were never checked. Customer service rep was very polite and helpful.

I brought my car in for the Auto Butler service. When I got it back a few hours later, the outside was clean, but the inside was still filthy. It had not been vacuumed, the seat conditioning oil was smeared on over spills with missed areas, and the cup holder/ console area had not been touched. This was the second the service was poor like this.
