Terrible service, paid $276 which included Works but doubt tires were rotated, wonder about if oil was changed. Lost confidence in service and will hold Sutton Ford responsible for any vehicle failures. Poor service can not only add costs for unnecessary repairs, but can become life threatening if not completed accurately. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience, but will share with everyone the inadequacies of service. Again will hold dealership responsible for any negative impacts from poor service.
