It looked like they took pride in what they did this time. It looks like they try to do it as fast as possible and missed a lot of the workmanship. Sorry was not happy with the workmanship

Scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am and told them I would wait to have the Auto Butler done on my truck. I’ve had it done multiple times at Sutton where I also purchased my new truck and paid a good buck for the Auto Butler pkg. Never had to wait more than an hour or hour and a half. This time got the truck there a little before 9:00 am and waited for 3 1/2 hours. Not acceptable and not happy about it.
