The scheduling system is a joke and it seems people aren’t on the same page. My appt was modified and canceled thank goodness I check my email or it would have been a problem. Scheduling people are very hard to understand and have difficulty understanding me. I wasn’t given prices for anything and it was my first time having my vehicle serviced there. I was told false information from the scheduling people that I could wait for my car and I couldn’t. The time it took to service my car for an oil change and tire rotation was extensive. It was a bad first experience.

I fill my car was messing was up and but I didn’t hear it until it loud enough for me to hear so there for it wast to late for you but whoever put the flywheel on didn’t do it right or they knew it was going bad and didn’t say nothing because I think it shouldn’t have went bad this soon. Me not knowing about a car didn’t hear it into it. It was too late.

Great service.. I wish Sutton Ford would keep sending out the plugger on the oil change to the faithful customers .. I think it’s a plus for Ford dealerships. And I do think it pulls the costumers in .. especially the older ones that doesn’t go on line to retrieve stuff.. great service.
