Jason was very professional and met all the needs for servicing my car. He also made me aware of other things that were going to need servicing in the near future. I got everything that I needed done and in a very short time. Jason was an excellent agent and I would highly recommend Sutton Ford Quick Lane to anyone.

I was in on May 3. They charged me 400 and something dollars. The light in my engine still comes on I bring it back. They say that the first time I was there they told me I needed a cabin O2 sensor. and that I denied wanting to pay for one, so when I bring it back a month later cause the engine lights still on they charge me another 600. For the same stuff that I did the first time. It was a complete rip off. I would like to know if the guy who is helping me a kickback for charging me another $600. I will go to another Ford dealer. I feel like I totally ripped off.
