Victoria was great.
However, whomever changed my true did not balance the pressure. The tribes are supposed to be about 35 and they are at 39-40psi—overinflated!
I requested drop off service to my home. Did not happen. Had to find someone to get me to Sutton before 7 and I don’t get done at work until 6-6:30.
Not Quick Lanes usual sterling service! Been coming there 20+ years.

The Ford company I read has received numerous complaints concerning the driver side seat jumping while driving. I wrote to Ford Motor corporate headquarters to ex0lain.
It is sad a defect like this which could cause a serious accident is not listen as a recall. Sorry as I am in the market and will not purchase another Ford again.

She made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting for my car. She even made me coffee. She even went and took a picture of the work that I had done on my car and brought it back to me so I could see it before I went to the cashier to pay. I forgot to mention that I'm in a wheelchair and she was very accommodating.
