I spoke to Jason on Saturday about my tires sensor indicating low air pressure. He said to come in on Monday. Upon arrival a technician was assigned to determine which tire to service. When inspection completed, Jason made a call to confirm that the tire was still covered and repairs would be made at no charge to me! He made certain that everything would be taken care of before leaving for his lunch break.When he returned he was surprised I was still there. I advised him I was told that Sutton had only one tire machine and another service technician was taking care of 3 tires before mine.

I have had working my auto comleted out of state and at other dealerships. Service centers data need to be coordinated so accurate assessments can be made of auto health. I received a recommendation for a repair I believe was completed at a Indiana dealership I use sometime but Sutton ford could cross reference the files. This creates a problem for me as my paper receipts are immediately accessible for review so I can't determine what service is needed.
