Jason is personable, knowledge and a breath of fresh air to your service/Quick Lane team. When I purchased my car in 2020. I decided to
have all my service work done at SF. I was more impressed with your service at Quick Lane than I had ever been at Planet Honda or Joe Rizza Lincoln. I had decided to have all of my work for my 2013 Lincoln MKZ and 2019 Tauras done at Sutton Ford. My problem was that I had purchased a set of tires in 2022, but when it came time to use the road hazard plan, no one could find the original purchase in your system. I purchased my next set of tires at Discount Tire. When I recieved my "Works" postcard and returned to Sutton, miraculously Jason was able to find the purchase and the associated points accrued on my Ford Pass Rewards card in your system. This may not have been a miracle but it's more than anyone else had been able to do in 3 years. Thank you Jason, for taking the time to complete a simple task that no one else had been able to do. So,in the words of Arnold Swartzanenegger, "I'll be back."
