The technician was polite over the phone.It appeared that the requested services were completed. However, items inside my car were strewn around haphazardly, the lug nut key was not put back in it's place. The receipt said the vehicle was washed but it clearly was not. This oversight caused me to question whether the services were actually performed. I have no way of making sure they have been. These might seem like minor issues that don't warrant a complaint but trusting that you've done what you said youve done and taking care of the property that I've entrusted to you goes a long way.
