I was checked in by Victoria Garrett. She didn’t smile and seem very unhappy. She was not welcoming at all. No eye contact just very bland. Ok then when I checked out by Theresa she wasn’t very pleasant either. It just seems like they really don’t like their jobs. I mentioned to her I thought I was charged for something I should not have but she insisted that they charge is always there. Well I didn’t want to argue with her so I went to my car and looked over my receipt again and decided to go back in and I spoke to Victoria again. I explained to her the situation and she agreed that she had made a mistake and she had Theresa reimburse me for $22. I was disappointed because had I not read my entire receipt I would have been charged for something I should not have. Your drivers that took me home and picked me up were outstanding. Both were Very nice.
