Most important service which was alignment was not done and instead other maintenance work that can be taken care on a later date was done. Also, some charges are ridiculous like the battery labor which I can do in two minutes was charge $30. I do not think that is at all fare. This absolutely won’t **** again. I was so furious that we give you the trust and it is violated and taken advantage of my wife’s knowledge of the any vehicle maintain experience. This for sure would not happen if it was me.

Beau Czarnecki was a great help in getting our vehicle repaired. The only thing that bothered me is two errors that were made. The first was not ensuring the power to the vehicles electrical system was not shut down after inspecting the vehicle. This caused the battery to deplete. The second was selling us a new battery, but not being aware that we had an active warranty on a previous battery purchase that would have covered the cost. Additionally, I feel that if the dealership, or an associate, is responsible for the battery depleting, Freedom Honda should be responsible for replacement. However, the overall service was good and we were able to get a refund on the cost of the new battery
