Super efficient service from Danny each and every time I go to Freedom Honda. In fact, while you have changed service advisors many times since opening, I have always stayed with Danny for many reasons. There were not enough signs as to where to park for the start of service. Also I was told my wait would be an hour and a half, but it was almost three hours. Additionally, when my car had been checked, and I was supposed to make some decisions on what other services to opt for; no one came to ask me about it. I had to go and find someone to help me. I just received a text message on my phone, and I was unsure what to do from there. All in all a very frustrating, long experience for something so simple.
