I felt like my time was disregarded and wasted. Today was my second time coming back for an attempt to fix the issuss I am currently experiencing with my NEW VEHICLE (bought less than 4 months ago from FREEDOM). However, I leave my car with the service department for nearly half the day only to be told that the issues I am experiencing is a known issue with no known solution. Why is it that it took two days of my (wasted) time to determine that? I am also still trying understand why a NEW vehicle was sold to me with KNOWN ISSUES?? My DISSATISFACTION and DISAPPOINTMENT is beyond what words can describe.
