The young man at the check in service desk was very rude. He made me wait almost 10 minutes before he actually noticed i was waiting to be checked in. I had already scheduled an appointment and my car was already in the service dock before i was checked in. I was not pleased with the short and snarky attitude that i received. I wil not be purchasing another Honda vehicle due to the lack of customer service!
