The "warranty" information is not clearly provided when installation is made. We have a battery that needed to be replaced and the only information provided is that there is a 100 month limited warranty. There have been minor issues with the battery before, and had I known that the real warranty ended at 36 months, I would have done something sooner. I also had to pay labor in a warranty replacement, even though I asked if I could make the replacement myself. I was told that is not allowed. I also believe that one of the clips that holds the air intake down was not replaced when the last battery was installed. Because this is not a part that creates additional noise, it has not been an issue. Missing bolts and holding clips should be replaced without question when repairs are being done.

I was told the work was done. I got home and it hasn't been started. I was then told we were waiting to hear back from Honda for the repair. This is after picking the car up. So annoying. Your location is not easy for me to get to.

My tire light came on again about 5 miles out. I reset it again at home after checking Air pressure in all 4 tires. I do not drive this cr-v every day, so we'll see. I've had to do this every 2 to 3 weeks. Service was great but surprised at my transmission flush and new refill cost. Thank you. This car is carefully driven, retired owners. Respectfully, Michael D
