I thought my issue was a small one that would be handled same day. Marty with the service department quickly told me that my transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. I dropped my vehicle off on a friday evening and got it back with a brand new transmission the next Thursday. Everyone treated me very well and kept in constant contact.
My only complaint was having a car while the work was done. I couldn't get an answer on a rental car until the next monday and the warranty didn't cover a rental car at all.
Other than that minor thing, the service was awesome and the vehicle is running great!

I brought in my 2019 Honda CRV,LX for a safety recall. Drew was courteous. He advised that the standard time for this repair was 1.5 hours. It was a busy day at the dealership, however, the safety repair was completed in about 1.5 hours. This is my 5th Honda CRV of which I purchased two new CRV's from Freedom Honda. I have purchased new autos in Colorado Springs, CO, Pueblo, CO and Denver, CO. Freedom Honda has exceeded all my expectations with every visit. I am happy.
