I got scammed again. I came for several services, and one service was an oil change. My oil life gauge is still at 40% after the oil change . Should be 200%. This is the second time I was scammed by this dealership.

People in service department made several sexist comments and continuously addressed my boyfriend instead of me after being told by both of us more than once that the car was mine long before we were dating. Completely unsatisfied with the service I received, I bought my car here because I was treated well but now I will be doing the maintenance myself or from someone that treats me with respect.

I feel very frustrated because my Honda had a seatbelt issue. I called about getting it fixed and the parts person told me it was a lifetime guaranteed and that I just needed to bring it in. I did and the guy(who could barely hold a conversation b/c he couldn’t wait to get back in his phone) told me that wasn’t the case. That Honda changed their policy a month ago. That is total BS. So $145 later, I have to wait for the seatbelt part to be delivered “maybe” tomorrow. The other things I asked to look at- nothing could be fixed except tightening some bolts on back latch. Even my random light got the airbag coming on was dismissed as a glitch. Really!? Now I’m being told I have to pay $185 to fix the seatbelt that was lifetime guaranteed so my children can be safe. When I complained, the kid said I could contact Honda directly. That’s ridiculous! You are Honda. You should be doing whatever you can to help. This is just another example of why we rarely go to the dealer for any services. Always overpriced with terrible service. The shuttle driver was the nicest young lady.
