Although Kevin was a great help the prices were way over priced. This is why I really hate dealing with repairs in a dealership. I do understand you have authorized vendors that have to be used but my rim was broken the rim was on back order and it would take a week to get it in. I was quoted more than 800.00 for a new rim and about 150.00 less for a refurbished rim. We found a new one at a Honda site for 270.00 and I would get it in less than a week with standard shipping. How can you possibly justify this kind of Mark up?

Overall, the experience was fine, but there were two things that left a bad taste in my mouth. Firstly, I was told they weren’t busy and a oil change would be quick. But it took 2 hours, which I wasn’t expecting and a little frustrating given the weather and my schedule. Also, the advertisement I was responding to and the coupon they scanned said a car wash was included, but my car was not washed, with no explanation. Given that I had waited so long and now had to hurry to pick up my son from school, I didn’t wait to find someone and ask why it wasn’t washed.
