I felt he was condescending. I do not understand why when you make an appointment it takes six hours to do the diagnostics. He seemed to assume the car never been serviced at 133,000 miles since there was no previous record at freedom Honda. I’ve been totally diligent to have all service done on time up until the last one year. Final analysis was spark plugs and valves which I understand but also that every fluid in the car needed to be changed. I had been to freedom Honda in May and told that the power steering and brake fluid should be changed so I had had that done. These were on the list to be changed again.

Beau did an excellent job handling the situation he was put in with my appointment. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment Beau and I came to find that neither my push button start or rear hatch hydraulics were ordered/in stock. With both parts obviously being important pieces to have working, and me rearranging my schedule so my car could be gone for a potion of the day, Beau was able to acquire a push button start to conduct half of the repairs. I was grateful something was able to be done. In the future, and to better serve your customers, I highly recommend all appointments, aside from simple ones like oil changes/tire rotations, go through a service advisor only. Allow them the opportunity to handle the scheduling of services/repairs and coordination of parts for the vehicles so what happened today doesn’t happen to anyone else. The service advisors are the ones face to face with the customers when things don’t go as planned and it’s unfair that they may be rated by customers based on the failure of those scheduling the appointments. Beau, thank you for your professionalism and great customer service.
