When I called to make my service appt., the male (did not get his name) stated I can get an appt for 11/6/18. However, my email confirmation stated my appt. will be on 11/12/18 instead. I called and left a message to change my appt. to another date. No one returned my call about changing my appt. date. My fiancé had to take the day off from work to bring the car in for service, which was an inconvenience. The person making the appt. on the phone should make sure they have an appt. available, that the customer is requesting.
