This was my first service at Long. My first impression was that it was going to take a long time as the waiting area was full. My first service was in Newport Beach and I had quite a different experience. However, I was there for about 10mins then Man came and explained everything to me and my view changed. He was thorough and very friendly. I said I would wait...he said my wait would be about 2hours and it was. I was able to work on my laptop while I waited. I would go back to Long.

Overall, satisfied! Happy with David Parada. Room for improvement on the communication as a whole. When I called for service reservation, I explained with the phone rep all the things I’d like done. When I arrived for check-in, they asked what I was here for, which is really no issue but I forgot my list at home. When I sat with David, I was asked again what I wanted done. I’m pretty patient and don’t mind redundancy. My car was to be ready at 4pm. I’m used to being called if there are any additional finds or service fees. Didn’t hear anything so thought it’d be ready. Turns out that the one thing I did need was fixing windshield wiper fluid leak. No diagnostic run or proposed prior to pickup. I think the mechanic could’ve communicated this to David so he could call us and we could be more efficient with our time rather than waiting until 6pm. Loaner vehicle was offered but since I’m coming from a distance was just hoping to complete today. Anyway, worth the wait overall. Thank you.

Man Wong was very professional and courteous. With me being on the impatient side, I was not happy about waiting nearly thee hours for a simple oil change.. Also, I think there is room for improvement on washing cycle process. My vehicle tires were not clean or Amoralled, not vacuum. I sent the vehicle back.
