Because my husband was not informed that the recommended replacement tires were not in house my car had to remain another day. We could have replaced tires somewhere else for less. It created a real problem for me rescheduling appointments as well as missing work. He did manage to have the car delivered to my home. I always bring my car in around 9 am so that I have a better chance as of abouding traffic times to and from Longo. So this time I was disappointed in the service.

I would like someone from management to contact me. Rene did a great job as well as everybody else that I interacted with. However, I brought my car in for detail and someone ended up scratching my car. The worst part about the situation was whoever scratched my car try to say that the scratch was there before I brought it. Unfortunately for them, I pay great attention to detail. Luckily for me, your dealership takes pictures of the cars when they come in. It was very clear on the picture that there was no scratch on my bumper. Please have someone contact me so I can discuss this experience with them. Thank you.

I delivered my car to the store for service on Oct. 10,2018. I received the message telling me that my car was complete on Nov. 15,2018. There has been more than one month. During this period, I have never received any message of updating status of my car. Every time I called, I was told that you were waiting for the parts. It is unbelievable that it took more than one month for a part. During the month I had to take buses to go to work. It has brought me much inconvenience. No one even asked me about this. I am so disappointed !!!

Beyond satisfied....my car was super clean and shiny. The service teams at Longo are super friendly, Always drive away from Longo with 100% satisfaction. The only down size for me taking my Lexus here is the distance. I am 5 miles from Crown Lexus and 30+ ftom Longo

The service consultant very unprofessional with attitude unable to verbalize himself well gets easily frustrated . I have been a customer for the past 10 years with my ES 350 and all service consultants I get are all professional but with this experience I purchase a certified used IS 250 and I’m not happy with the services ! It makes me feel because I bought a used Lexus will not treat the customer right ! Service consultant needs more training in communication which is vet important in all business ! He is an **** for short ????
