There are scratches on one of my windows which were not there prior to he service. David is a great service advisor unfortunately my experience at Longo Lexus has not been. While driving away there was a loud thumping sound after hitting 15mph. I returned to the service Dept and David test drove the car and heard it as well. Only to find that a type of mitt was caught under my wheel. Then I notice the scratches in my window.

The check in was not efficient. The appointment was not customer friendly...only online option. When I called to check the status of the car, there were no service technicians available to answer. When I called the second time someone did answer...said car was ready. I went to pick up car and waited 30 minutes. Overall not satisfied, expected more for Lexus customer.

I felt the engine repair needed was not in line with the mileage on the engine. I feel that the manufacturer should have offset a larger portion of the repair than the $400 credit the dealership provided.
