David went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue with my car. I had purchased the Lux Care and was originally told that it only applied to solis. But after reviewing the brochure with David, he agreed to submit the claim. Which was denied. After further discussion with David , he submitted additional I formatin that ended up being approved by lux care. He could easily have said there was nothing more he could do. But he went the additional level. I appreciate his patience and customer service. I will return to Lexus due to David’s service.
