Dropping off vehicle was quick and easy, service advisor was knowledgeable and friendly.
However when I went out to get my car upon completion of the service, I was told it would be a couple of minutes. 10 -15 min later, I asked another person at the pick up desk if my car was coming. She looked at the computer and said yes, and pointed to a person who was talking to her as they drank their Starbucks drinks. They both left to get my car and after 10 minutes more, I asked Lester if the car was coming. He immediately looked it up and got on his radio.then witthin 5 to 7 min my car arrived so I could go home.
The initial guy and girl at the desk and the guy getting my car presented a poor image for Longo. Everyone else seemed to make the day go smoothly. Again, at the end it was Lester who showed customer service.
