I brought my vehicle in for a 5000 mile service, which essentially is a tire rotation and checking the fluid levels. I was advised that it also required a recall service. May I also say that I arrived prior to my appointment time. After two hours my vehicle was not ready so I informed him that there was no need to wash the car because it had just been washed and it was going to rain soon. I was then told that the wash would not prolong the service as the paperwork is being completed simultaneously.. when the paperwork was done I and to wait an additional 15 minutes for my vehicle to be delivered. I feel that nearly 2 1/2 hours four a tire rotation is way to long when someone has an appointment. I have purchased many vehicles from Longo and will probably continue to do so, but I am not sure if I will continue to have my vehicles serviced there.. this is the first time that this has happened but I was very disappointed..
