I had no problem with my service manager or the service repairs. All went well with the repairs -- I was kept updated and the repairs were handled quickly. I was disappointed that my car was not vacuumed when it was returned to me. Perhaps you no longer offer that portion of the service to us. I did not notice it was not clean until I reached my destination.
