The wait is excessive. Having an appointment to change 1 tire and had to wait for more than 3 hours for completion is not satisfactory. I can go a tire center to have 1 tire replaced with less than 1 hour.

I have to wait for the service from 10:00am until 2 35pm. Over 4:1/2 hours. This is not acceptable. As I have told that please scheduling my car appointment at the least busy time. Thanks
