I am a recent transfer from the Longo Toyota side where an oil change with an appointment can take 3-4 hours if you wait. The Lexus side is so far ahead with superior service that we will probably get rid of the Toyota and get a second Lexus

I needed my car to get to a preop appointment the next morning, so I brought it in 8 1/2 hours before closing. The scheduler told me it could take 7 to 8 hours. Beau made sure you had the parts in stock so that wouldn’t be a problem and said it should be done before EOD. I texted him around 5:30 to make sure I could come get it. I didn’t receive an answer, but I headed over anyway. Arrived around 6:30 but Beau was gone and no one knew anything about my car. Finally someone was able to locate it. They brought it out just before closing. Had me worried there for a while.
