Every time I come to your dealer, the girl name “Wendy” there at the front desk. She never greet me or any other Asian people. Never smiled. I thought that maybe she doesn’t feel good , but I came to your dealer several times but she always so cold towards to Asian customers. Never say” thank you !” . Is that so hard to say the words? Can’t she at least try or pretend? I am saying that because the Latina customer in front of me, Wendy was smiling and very friendly. I don’t know what her problems are. I know she doesn’t welcome me or any Asian customers. That’s for sure. Then I went to the rest room, there was an Asian girl who works at your dealer came outside at the same time I was coming in, so I hold the door for her. She didn’t say thank you and she walk through the door as if she is the queen. Didn’t even grance at me. For me, the customer services are the most important thing. I paid $350 for. 20k mileages serves. I know it’s dealer so it’s cost a lot compared to those garage, but if the girl like Wendy or other girls like her working at your dead, I don’t want to come back to your dealer unless I have to. I had really good experience with Francis and David at service. I appreciated those people who has a professional attitude.

I was promised services that were not completed by the time I picked up my vehicle and I had to wait another hour and a half for the manager to fulfill what was promised to me. I was also quoted a fee and when I picked up my vehicle I was told to pay a higher fee that was never discussed with me. I had signed for the services and price promised and when I picked up my vehicle my invoice had been written on disclosing a different price. The manager and reps partner helped resolve these issues but it was very unprofessional and irritating.
