I recommend next time before returning the vehicle back to the customers make sure everything is good to go. The provider should go check everything is completed. Otherwise customer are not happy at all. Although John Chang did told me next time bring the vehicle in & he’ll have them wash & vaccums. I also put more gas in the rental vehicle too & John Chang said he will have my vehicle wash-vacuum vip. I just have to make appointment. Like I said, if they do it rights I don’t have to waste my times & their times. Apparently they didn’t do there job. Hopefully next time they be doing there job and promised-kept there words to it. I highly recommended before returning vehicle back to customers they should do a quick check so everybody will be happy. At this point of time I am not satisfied at all.
