Man Wong is the best! Although I was initially one of his many appointments today, he fit me in and made me feel good about it.He even retrieved my insurance verification from my vehicle after it had been moved from the front driveway. He then requested a loaner car for me that was not the standard IS model because he knew I was unable to lower myself into it. He called to request my approval of the estimate, then called again when the car was ready. As a disabled widow, his attention made such a difference for me!

Rene is not helpful at all. I went to the service on Saturday morning at 9:15( I had an appointment) he told me it will take 6hrs to finish the service and he’ll call me back. I waited until 6pm he didn’t call me back. I went back and he told me he FORGOT. This is ridiculous. He looked like nothing happened and said I can come back to pick up on Monday. However, I need to work I can’t pick up on Monday. He caused so many troubles for me. This is a very bad experience. I’m considering not going back to your place anymore. I ended up picking my car on Tuesday.
