1) I felt taken advantage- I live in Moorpark and was at work in Pomona when the engine light came on - brought car to Longo as the closest dealer The writer said it was likely the gas cap not secured- and it would cost $170 to check all the codes - I had no choice an hour from home A) why didn’t he check the gas cap in the drive and sent me on my way ? B) $170 is outrageous to check a gas cap and $199.95 for replacement and the part was 2 days to get there C) while Dave was nice enough he said he was going to be there but wasn’t on Saturday D) offered my to do the 150000 mile service and the charge is over $200 MORE than at my home dealer and sales tax is 3% higher - that is a ridiculous amount of overcharge 2) this dealership is overwhelmingly busy and many people waiting and not happy - if I had to deal with this dealership all the time I would NOT buy another LEXUS - for what you are charging could buy BMW or Porsche so out of range - DISGUSTING!!! The Longo family would be appalled at what had happened to this dealership - they were honest nice people who I grew up with
