My appointment was at 9am and was told that my car would be ready by “noon; 1pm at the latest” for basic maintenance. I called at 1:45pm since I didn’t receive an update, and was told I’d receive a call back once my service agent was available. Another hour passed, so I called again to follow up. No answer, so I left a message. I waited another 30 minutes and called the main service desk. They then put me through to the service agent, who said I could pick it up. Once I arrived I waited ONE ADDITIONAL HOUR for my car because they said they “could not locate” my car due to a malfunction with the locator. In total, I waited SEVEN hours for basic maintenance. I had to cancel my afternoon plans with my family because of this. I understand that weekends are busy, but a courtesy call to update-or even an apology-would have been appreciated. There was absolutely zero customer service recovery.
