Everything was great . But I did noticed small scratches on the door handle where they worked and there was grease on the door as well . Other than that, great customer service .

My initial contact with Longo was because of a recall on my 2002 Lexus SC 430. I called to schedule an appointment and was informed that the recall part needed to be ordered and I would get a call when the part arrived. Theee weeks later, I still did not get a call therefore I called Longo and was informed that the part was not in and they did not show that the part was not ordered. I insisted that they recheck which they did and found that the part did indeed arrive and ready for installation. I scheduled my appointment and was told it would be a 2 hour installation and that I would be able to wait for my car. Upon arrival, guest service individuals greeted me and were professional and quick to get me to a service representative. Beau Ly was very friendly and efficient. He got my paperwork in and informed me that it would take 5 hours instead of the 2 hours I was told. Needlessly to say, I was very upset with this. Beau took the extra time to explain what needed to be done and offered a loner car or a UBER ride home. I was grateful and pleased with his professionalism. I ended up with a loner car. Beau texted me an hour or so later to follow up with me and told me to call if I had any questions or concerns. Later in the afternoon I got a call that my car was ready so I returned my car without incident and got my car (was a bit of a wait in the cold). Halfway back to Pasadena, I turned my radio on and to my frustration, all I got was static! Called Beau and he apologized and asked if I could go back. It is prime time traffic and raining, I told him I would bring it in another day. To say that I was frustrated is being too kind. A mistake like this should not happen when your repair people have protocol to follow not by only one person but ultimately by a “head” service person who is supposed to go through a though inspection. I was extremely disappointed for the inconvenience. My husband and I own several Lexus’ and Toyota’s. We rely heavily on your reputation, but this experience has dampened my thoughts of your service department. Customer Sevice propel were great, but the shortfall was in the finished work.

I called at 3:15 and the lady quoted me “185 usd” after she knew that I lost the only one key,but when I towed there,your company charged me 373 usd.as I got quotation copy one key price is 300 dollars,I got better price from your company then go there but the result is more than quoted on the phone you can track the phone on last Friday 3:15 by my cellphone no ****-****-xxxx;thanks;I just want to say you should give the same price not to make me confused!
