Today I went to your car dealer , because ,check engine yellow light and oil change light all on , so I came to your car dealer. to get the oil change and check why the check engine yellow light is on , but, your service staff only check why my car yellow light is on and done with the problem , charge me $170, but, did not do the oil change for me ,, he also said I did not ask him to change oil, Even if I didn't ask him to do the oil change , the oil-changing signal lights is on , you guys should tell me to do oil change too, right !

Overall it was a satisfactory experience, James Palmer did an exceptional job servicing me. However when the car was returned back to me after the mileage service and wash i noticed there was a scratch on the hood of my car. Perhaps the cloth used to wipe the car had sand or dust and damaged the car. Its a black vehicle so its very noticeable. Next time i come in for my mileage service please be extra careful washing and cleaning the car because it did not meet my expectations.
