I took my Lexus Is300 for its Oil change and by odd change my battery which was still under Lexus Warranty went dead . I had AAA jump the battery and they ran Diagnostics which came back as completely dead battery. Since my car was already Getting a oil change service I asked the service advisor if they could switch out the battery since it was so under warranty with the new one and the service advisor said he could not without charging an additional $60 labor I told him the battery was so under warranty he said he cannot waive it. getting a oil change service I asked the service advisor if they could switch out the battery since it was so under warranty with the new one and the service advisor said he could not without charging an additional $60 labor I told him the battery was so under warranty he said he cannot waive it, that I could change the battery myself outside after the oil change was completed. Keep in mind the weather outside was around 103 Degrees . The advisor told me the car would be parked outside so I could change the battery, I ask him if he could at least give me some rubber gloves and he acted like if it was a Bothering request . I got the gloves from him and in the direct sun at 103 degree weather I starTed T
