Additionally my wheels were mucked up by the car wash and not cleaned or at least wiped down. Thus the dirt on the wheels spread. It would have been better without a car wash altogether, as the bird poop spots were also unaddressed.

Julien had went above and beyond to assist me. I told him about the problems I’m having with the auto-breaking system for my RX350. That auto-breaking system almost caused me 2 accidents, due to the car kept breaking when I am accelerating and making a left turn away this steep driveway. Altho nothing can be done, at least he tried by checking for possible system malfunction.
