My experience with Taylor Soohoo was great. However there was a incident that that happened not related to Taylor and that is my carpet on the driver seat. The mat was removed because it’s not a Lexus brand and replaced with paper mat. Someone left a heavy oil black stain on my carpet but did not clean my carpet. Taylor was graciously to comment that she will ask her manager to approve to clean the carpet upon her return on Wednesday (8/14/19) and will call me with a response.

Made the appt for 5,000 mile service and air bag recall. I was not told until after the car was ready for pick up 5 hrs later that the airbag had to be ordered. I feel Iike inventory should have been checked when I arrived for the appt. I would have waited until the airbag was in and only left the car once.
I did however rent a car for the first time for during the service and I was very impressed with Rick’s patience with a demanding large crowd, helpfulness in calling my insurance company for me (when my agent would not take my call and I could not log onto my insurance account /my phone was dying)and thoroughness in explaining the details of the car I was renting. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and a big reason that I will be back.

I wasn't contacted when my vehicle was ready so I probably waited an additional 30 minutes in the waiting area. I had to approach Rene to ask about my car's status and found out the paperwork was on his desk. He also had told me when I checked my car in that I was eligible for a AAA discount. However I was late for an appointment and I failed to ask about it before paying. I don't see the credit on my receipt.
