I've dealt with Kelly in the past, I was looking over my paperwork today and noticed that in the vehicle inspection they checked off oil leak and transmission oil leak. When my car was ready I asked him was there anything wrong he said everything was fine at the time of pickup. I wish he would have gone through the checklist with me for my awareness and rate the severity of the leaks. I also noticed that my car wasnt washed at all and they just cleaned the windows. In the past with the oil change usually there would be a carwash, was this something I should if requested? I think now I have to figure out how bad these leaks are and spending more time either at the service department or a shop. Hopefully it's nothing serious.

My vehicle was returned to me unwashed, with only 1/4 tank of gas, and with maintenance required light on. Overall I appreciated the help of my service advisor but was a bit disappointed with the rest. I could have authorized a service be performed while my vehicle was being held.
