Upon locking the car after returning home, the side mirrors did not fold as usual. I called the service rep through the calling card provided. It was his cell phone. I was told to call the Service Department. Of course, it was a long wait as the recording denotes. At first, I was told if I can drive back to fix the issue. Told the service rep that it was over 1.5 hours drive (I live in Northridge). Ho he connected me to a technician where she was able to guide me through. Other than that, I’m generically satisfied. (calling card or contact number must be updated).
