Mr. Kelly Yang was friendly and professional. However, my car was given to me without washing; instead, there was a note in my car stated that they didn’t wash it because there was a crack on my windshield. Actually, the crack is an old and little one, and in the past few years my car with the presence of the crack was washed by your personnels without a problem. As a result, I don’t accept the reason this time for the exception. Personally, I think calling me to verify before deciding to not wash my car would be more appropriate.
