Man went above and beyond to help resolve the issues on recently purchased Rx 350 more than I say for my sales rep who as soon the deal was locked in was more concerned with moving on to the next client .

Even though it’s just a courtesy, I would appreciate a little more attention to the wash given the car before returning it. Also returning mats and dashboard settings (radio, a/c,), mirrors, car seat, back to where they were when the car was left.
