Man greeted me upon my arrival, had me take a seat in the waiting room, and told me he would be right with me. In less than 2 minutes I was seated at his desk, and he explained the process to me. He also applied a coupon to my services, saving me money. After an inspection of my vehicle, he let me know I needed wiper blades, which I knew, but had forgotten. Man kept me informed through the entire process and I was out the door in a reasonable amount of time. I’m 100% satisfied with my experience.
