My name was called that my car was ready and when I went to the front desk she wanted to charge me and I told her I had the extended warranty and then she said she had to redo the bill. I waited 20 more minutes and when I went to the front desk to ask what was taking so long I was informed that she had left for lunch. I have two Lexus and I take them in to Longo to be serviced however I am so very disappointed with the long wait and then finding out the person left for lunch without finishing my paperwork. Very, very rude!!!
