David Parada was great! He checked me in right away when I dropped my car off and the same when I arrived to pick up my car. However, I was not happy with the time it took them to bring me my car. I was told I had one car in front of me and they pulled up 5 or 6 cars before they brought my car. Also I was not happy with the car wash I still had bird poop on the back of my car and my trunk was not vacuumed.

To see a service advisor took more than a half hour to check in. Took more then a week to diagnose what was wrong. Then when picking up our car it was taking more then a half hour to see a service advisor. We never did talk to one We paid. Picked up our car an left. What was nice is that we got a loaner car we loved. And might end up buying one.
