I was disappointed that my car did not get washed again. This is the 3rd time they said the machine was down but I was told initially to wait because the car was being washed. I also saw the other cars retrieved by the customers were clean. I keep getting cards to come back another day for a wash. Seriously? I appreciate that Longo offers this extra nice service. Wish I could avail of it.
