It is my sixth time to have maintenance service at your place ever since I bought this new car so I am 100% loyal customer but this 30k maintainence experience really shock me off that I am thinking might not come back again since the bill is super high and I felt I was ripped because I have compared the service with my 20k service? I was charged more than $200 also I have compared the quote from the dealership that i bought from. they told me i should not pay forthat much money. Also I got there at 7am?it is not worthy for me to get up such early and get such ridiculous bills

I brought my ct to get diagnostic check for check hybrid system and was going to pay $170. then technician says it will take 4hrs to fully diagnose and will cost $600.00 plus! This is just a diagnosis just to pin point what’s causing the warning. I thought taking my car to a dealer will have all tools the diagnose correctly and efficiently but 4 hrs is rediculous! My service adviser was great and explained what was going on but the technician should be more trained to do this job or a foreman should have step in to help diagnose. I’m really disappointed wasting my time and not getting the source of the warning ??. I bought another 2016 CT200H but worried if I get this warning any dealer won’t find the cause...4hrs to diagnose the source!!!!
